Shipping policy

All orders ship from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, where our core Waydoo products are held in stock. All prices on this site are in AED and include UAE VAT.

Delivery times

• Dubai: in-stock items typically delivered within 1–3 working days.
• Abu Dhabi & Northern Emirates: typically 2–5 working days.
• Qatar and the wider GCC: typically 5–10 working days by courier. We confirm shipping costs and any destination import charges with you before dispatch.

Items not held in local stock are ordered directly from Waydoo; we confirm an honest lead time (usually 2–4 weeks) before you commit.

Batteries and oversized items

Lithium batteries ship under dangerous-goods regulations and may need extra lead time, particularly outside the UAE. Boards and complete eFoil setups are bulky and may be delivered personally in Dubai or by specialist freight elsewhere.

Collection

You are welcome to collect your order in Dubai, or combine collection with a demo session in Jumeirah. Contact us on WhatsApp at +971 58 263 4151 to arrange it.
