Delivery & Shipping

We are the official Waydoo distributor for the Middle East, with core products in stock in Dubai. Here is how delivery works.

Delivery times

• Dubai: in-stock items typically arrive within 1–3 working days.
• Abu Dhabi & Northern Emirates: typically 2–5 working days.
• Qatar and the GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain): typically 5–10 working days by courier; we confirm the exact quote and any import charges with you before shipping.

Items that are not in local stock are ordered directly from Waydoo — we will give you an honest lead time before you commit, usually 2–4 weeks.

Batteries and large items

Lithium batteries (eFoil batteries and chargers with batteries) ship under dangerous-goods rules. Inside the UAE this is usually straightforward; for GCC deliveries battery shipments can need extra time and paperwork. Boards and full eFoil setups are bulky — for Dubai we can often deliver personally, and for other cities we use specialist freight. Message us for a delivery quote before ordering if you are outside the UAE.

Prices and VAT

All prices on this site are in AED and include UAE VAT. There are no customs or import surprises when you buy from us — what you see is what you pay, plus shipping where applicable.

Collection and demos
